Here we present the basics of sports performance training.....for what ever level you are or want to be. We present this in a simple digestible format with no scientific babble. â€‹

  • The Principles of Training (Overload, Specificity, Reversibility, Individuality) 

  • The Factors of Training (Frequency, Intensity, Duration, Mode) - Aka F.I.T.T. Frequency, Intensity, Time, Type
